Villa Dolicha

Situated in Fiscardo Villa Dolicha has the most sought after view on the island, a completely uninterrupted view across the Ionian sea and over  to the almost touching distance of Ithaca. This villa is particularly convenient as although it is extremely private it is only a 10minute walk to the sophisticated harbour of Fiscardo.

Built and owned by David and Lesley Barritt this Villa encompasses all that a 5 star spacious Greek villa should be. Attention to detail is Meticulous and service is above and beyond the call of duty. Villa Dolicha is the perfect private honeymoon haven and most importantly can also transform into a breathtaking Venue for your wedding reception or general group occasion.
 

The large terraces around the pool side can easily accommodate up to 40 guests and for larger parties we have the added bonus of a small olive grove adjacent to the villa. Cephalonia Concierge will set up and cater the Fiscardo Wedding or party of your dreams in one of the most prime locations in Kefalonia.

The Villa also has a private entrance into the neighbouring Emelisse hotel and therefore gives the option of residing at Villa Dolicha and having your reception at the hotel.

Vigli Villas

Vigli is a charming village set on the outskirts of Fiscardo, the village has retained alot of its pre earthquake look due to specific building regulations maintaining that all houses in this pretty area are built in traditional stone.

Currently an extremely uncommercial area it can only be a matter of time before it reaches out to the many visitors to this sophisticated region.

Nestled in the heart of Vigli on top of a hillside overlooking the quaint st Jerusalem beach are Vigli Villas. Cephalonia Concierge fell in love with these 2 beautiful houses the instant we visited there. Named Thimari and Elia in keeping with the Olive trees and Thyme plants surrounding the property. However it is the wonderful aroma of the numerous Rose bushes that first captures your senses.

The Villas are identical in lay out sleeping up to 6 in each with a very stylish and modern interior.

Immediately one thinks Honeymoon haven, however with a little more vision we realised that these 2 villas when taken as a set can offer not only the honeymoon but the whole wedding. Ceremony can take place in the grounds of the villa or at the quaint beach of St Jerusalem. Returning to the villas to enjoy the famous sunset of this area along with champagne and canapés.
Up to 30 guests would be perfect for this venue, 40 would be the maximum, our guests would need to book both villas in order to make this a more spacious and feasible venue. For smaller groups the charming old house ruins of Villa Elia can be transformed into a stunning authentic venue. Recommended for any type of occasion or reception, Venue fees apply.

Zephyros Villa

Aghia Efimia Weddings are becoming increasingly popular with the colourful and lively harbour and the beautiful Anti Samos beach a short drive away, it really does capture the Romance of Captain Corelli’s Mandolin which was filmed in and around this area.
With this in mind Cephalonia Concierge were absolutely delighted to make a co peration with Tracy and Mario the charming owners whose attention to detail and service ethic has helped make these villas five star. Zephyros sleeps 8 people it has a very large terrace area with the added bonus of a covered pergola area which makes an ideal seating area for guests, although the pool area especially as the sun is setting is certainly something to behold.
Behind Zephyros are the equally stunning Aloni Villas, 2 villas sleeping four guests each. We do recommend that any Guests choosing to utilise Zephyros as an occasion venue must also rent out the 2 Aloni villas also. Actually most people would choose to do this anyway and it means that 20 close friends and family can be close at hand to enjoy this special time with you.
As a Venue Villa Zephyros ticks all of the boxes, with the added bonus of a fabulous bridal suite to enjoy your honeymoon, in fact for any guests getting married in another part of the island we do recommend that your honeymoon location is separate and Villas Zephyros and also Aloni are perfect for this.

Trapezaki Villas

In our quest to find the perfect Venue Villas we have been concentrating very much on the north of the Island. However as a South based company we are happy to have found the perfect Villas in a Perfect location. 20 min from the airport and 10 min from the capital Argostoli this property is very convenient yet a real hidden haven.
 

The Ideales Resort group designed and constructed 11 villas in a prime location. Trapezaki is an uncommercial area in an enviable setting with probably the best sunset on the island. The 11 villas are all different styles and sizes however they all have a high end style, modern yet classic decor and very spacious outdoor terraces, all with individual pools see www.idealesresort.gr  for more information on the villas.
 

These villas are enclosed in a gated area which makes them ideal for large groups who want to reside near to each other but also have their own privacy. It goes without saying that the quality and location of these villas make for a perfect honeymoon especially as each of the larger villas have a bridal suite. One can even have their wedding ceremony in the grounds of the pretty Trapezaki chapel or down at the nearby Trapezaki beach with its long sandy beaches and hidden coves.
 

In terms of a venue the 3 largest villas Linatela, Nautilus and Corali have the perfect space requirements for any group up to 100 guests. Weddings, general occasions or even corporate events are recommended for the Trapezaki Villas.
