Transport to and from Ceremony and reception

For Mercedes chuaffeur driven cars we use www.taxi-kefalonia.gr , a professional family company with professional drivers and high caliber vehicles. Cars can be decorated with Satin Ribbons or flowers as pictured above, a stylish way to arrive at your special event. Ask us about your perfect Cephalonia Wedding  Car experience. Minibuses and coaches along with additional Kefalonia taxi's can be organised for all members of the wedding party on the day.

If you would prefer something more special we can arrange for Luxury cars such as Bentleys, Limousines, Jaguars, Porches, Ferraris and BMW’s to be at your disposal with a professional chauffeur.

We also organise all manner of coaches and minibuses in order to transport your guests to and from their accomodations.

Flowers

Our team of florists are highly accomplished to adhere to the many different themes and styles of all of our weddings. From exquisite bouquets and boutonierre to extravagant ceremony and reception decoration, allow us to captivate the colour and fragrance of your special day. Note that your Kefalonia Flowers will be designed by us to co ordiante with your specific themes and colours of the day, contact us to discuss and see examples of previous creations.

Photography

The most important aspect for your personal memories. Of course we only work with Photographers who we deem as the best and most trustworthy photographers on the island. As friends of the concierge team our photographers go out of the way to give you the best service possible. Our photographers will give you as much time as necessary to gain the all important perfect images, even recommending specific landmarks on the island to maximize the advantages of natural lighting at time of your ceremony/reception.

Our Kefalonia wedding  Photography solution can also include a videographer to provide the all important dvd of the day, guaranteed to be filmed in the most artistic manner.

Bomboniere/favours

Traditionally in most cultures one must provide a small gift or token to all wedding guests. In Greek custom this is very prominent and a tradition that can be traced back hundreds of years. The Bomboniere always includes koufeta-sugar coated almonds- wrapped in tulle. For our non Greek Couples we suggest having Greek style favors as a special reminder of your wedding in Greece. Cephalonia Concierge can arrange any type preferable to you.

Hair and makeup

Our hair and make up specialists have been hand picked for their international flair and depending on locations you can visit their salons or have the stylists come out to you. If you would like us to organise this service for you, we ask that the bride can have an idea in mind, our stylists probably have not seen you before so they would require a recent and head and shoulders photograph of you, preferably without make up. Standard beauty and spa treatments can also provided for all members of the wedding party. Certainly the all important manicure and pedicure for the bride and other female party members. See our Spa section under Group Activities.

Personal Stylist

Cephalonia Concierge work exclusively with Samantha Dees design. Samantha is well established within the fashion industry and having recently left Burberry in London for the warmer climate of Greece she is now working freelance throughout europe and the united states.

Many Brides look to specific bridal  magazines for inspiration however if you want something diverse or very specific  in terms of dresses for Bride and Bridesmaids, tailoring for the gentlemen or even just assistance in choosing the right colour scheme then we recommend utilising our professional stylist.

We can also organise exclusive wedding stationary, by using our in house service it means that you have a consistency from your save the dates all the way through to your seat placements.

Tailoring

Quite often a bride or groom can require adjustments to their wedding outfits; there is no need to panic as we have an excellent tailor on hand to deal with any irregularities.

Jewelry

Some couples like to obtain their wedding rings at their wedding destination or even to acquire gifts for their betrothed or main members of the wedding group. We can recommend one of the oldest family run jewelers on the island who can personally advise you on any purchases you anticipate.

Personal Shopping

Even though it is a special journey for you, to the airlines you are traveling with you are merely another passenger with a strict luggage allowance. Most airlines are extremely co operative with a wedding couple and will certainly make special provisions for no excess on wedding outfits, the wedding dress can usually travel with you and the air stewards will provide an adequate storage. However you will not be able to carry everything with you, especially if you are travelling with small children. Therefore Cephalonia Concierge offers an exclusive free service to our wedding couple. Send us a list of anything that you need and can’t carry, from toiletries to baby products or specialized foods and drinks and we will organize it all and have it ready in your accommodation. You may be arriving late at night at a self catering property and require some basic provisions , just let us know up to 48 hours in advance and you will pay only the local cost for the items.

Relaxation solutions

For our wedding couples and any friends and family we recommend that you browse our Group Activities . Any activities for however small or large the group can be arranged privately for you.

For the happy couple we can utilise our yacht services to organize a unique bespoke champagne cruise immediately after your ceremony. Yourselves and up to 4 members of the wedding group can cruise the magical Ionian sea whilst sipping on champagne and reflecting on the ceremony. In the Fiscardo area up to 17 guests can use our traditional Caique. We do also have use of a larger style more commercial vessel which can accommodate 300 or more guests. After a 1 hour cruise (or longer if requested) you can rejoin your guests at the wedding reception venue.
