Terms and Conditions  

Cephalonia Concierge Ltd provides full event management solutions utilising only venues and suppliers deemed as official partners. Venues or suppliers Unknown to us or not recommended by us cannot be utilised as we cannot guarantee a high end service provision from other unknown sources.

  Full event management solution comprises Cephalonia Concierge undertaking all elements of an event including legal proceedings, venue liaison, catering, and all additional solutions. We cannot be held responsible for any aspects of an event sourced outside of our company that may have a negative effect on the  event.

Cephalonia Concierge will compile an event solution based on your personal requirements. We can adjust accordingly up until we reach agreement.( Agreement must be reached within 60 days of communications)  On Agreement of solution 25% deposit must be paid (This is non refundable). Please note that agreement is based on number of guests stated in original agreement and that no price will be reduced for a decrease in numbers . However additions can be made up until 7 days before the event. No extra  service charge will be added for last minute increase in number of guests .

6 weeks before the actual event full payment must be received if full payment has not been received up to 7 days before event  Cephalonia Concierge Reserve the right to cancel event.  For Payment administration contact accounts department at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In the circumstances that clients must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances any refund will be at discretion of the company. No refund will be made for any cancellations 7 days before an event.

All Liability insurances are the responsibility of each venue, Guests take full responsibility for diverse Venues such as beaches and landmarks or any venue that cannot have an official health and safety or public liability warranty. With Villa Venues the owners will provide their own terms and conditions for actions directly associated with the villa, Cephalonia Concierge support all Venue owners’ personal requirements.

Cephalonia Concierge recommends that all Clients carry adequate insurance that covers them for personal injury during their stay. Cephalonia Concierge does not accept responsibility for failure to arrive at an event on time due to travel including airline strikes or flight cancellation. It is the clients sole responsibility to make sure they are arrive in Cephalonia in adequate time (Civil marriages require the couple to be on Cephalonia 7 days before date of marriage)

Payment of 25% deposit acts as acceptance of all above terms and conditions. CephaloniaConcierge Ltd accept major credit cards and can offer their clients flexible payment terms.
